The whole place was clean, I appreciated it, and had nice location and staff.

the place was clean, i liked its staff and food. the room met what was needed, cosy that flooded after the shower broke.

they gave us a single room with the shower. the hotel was located near to parks as well as aga khan hospital.

We loved staying in this hotel! Our stay here was perfect, good choice for exploring Nairobi. This property had a central position close to hospital. Pizzeria Domino's Pizza was located 15 minutes walk away. Everything was nice, cozy and luxurious room.

Non-smoking rooms, neat beds - really modern hotel. Classic style venue with simple furniture in the rooms. The staff here were very courteous and funny. Spectacular location to an open garden. Painless check in & the service was special. Tropical juices and great cocktails in the music bar, handy parking place.

Overall a terrific stay — great value for money, considering prices in other hotels. I loved my inviting room and the staff was honest. The location was top, relatively close to diamond plaza. Extremely comfy beds, WiFi, flat-screen television and terrace in the room.

Great value for money considering prices in Nairobi. We appreciated to be here, its staff and rooms. The hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying an upscale area. Lots of supplies in the room : iron with ironing board and tea/coffee. The pool was great and the garden — green.

In relation to the wonderful price paid, it was attractive place to stay with exceptional service. There also was safe parking and amazing pool. We would recomand this hotel, spent here unforgettable 5 nights.

Absolutely gorgeous rooms plus cozy beds, super-friendly staff. I loved that the main bar was clean. There was a pleasant restaurant, a supermarket and shopping centers next door. With speedy check-in and smooth check-out, this hotel was functional.

We had a really enjoyable stay that met what we needed, would stay here again. Hotel was fairly clean. That was secured property set in normal area.

Comfortable location, clean venue, superfriendly staff. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. I visited the poolside bar and tried the cold drinks. An awesome stay.

All in all, it was comfortable place for traveling to Nairobi. This property is in a great location. On-site restaurant Jewel stone hotel was a bonus, had dinner there.

That fan was missing. Beds were not comfortable.
